I need access to a bootkit to flash my B350 Gigabyte Gaming-3 board so I can use my Ryzen 2600. I requested a bootkit, got an email asking for images, and sent them in, but I have not heard from AMD since and I do not know if they received the proper information. Does AMD ever send a confirmation email? Is there any way to check on the status of a ticket?
