Ryzen 5 1600 | only 3 cores out of 6 are active.... how can I fix it?

I have bought my new Desktop PC a few weeks ago and just realized that only 3 out of my 6 cores are active. I tried to fix it with AMD Ryzen Master but it hasn´t worked.

My Bios is up to date. Have you any clues how to fix it?

I have reseted my PC yesterday and have been able to allow 12 processors in msconfig but after trying to overclock again it has been set to 6 again.

For now I wont try to overclock again because my performance is increased by over 100%. Guess I used 3 cores since I bought this PC...

Are you sure you're not disabling Hyperthreading by mistake?
