FirePro / Radeon Pro - 30 bit color (10bpc) support on Linux (Xorg)?

Do AMD Linux drivers support native 30 bit color depth (10 bit per channel) over DisplayPort? What are software requirements to get 10 bit color opengl running? I'm talking about X server (Xorg) and driver configuration alone as I already have everything else configured and working properly with old Quadro card. I never used AMD cards before, do they have similar xorg.conf options where I can just set Depth to 30 or something?

Does AMD support 10 bit emulation by dithering on 8 bit panels?

Which graphics card, which OS and which application?

OpenSUSE / SLES, may be changed to CentOS 7 if it's required. Radeon Pro W7100, Xorg itself but if we're talking about specific application then I tested support in Krita using OpenGL renderer because it supports 10bit if it's important.

As I said I'll be replacing "bottom" so I think gpu drivers and Xorg config. Everything's "above" is already configured properly to utilize 10bit and has been tested using old Quadro 4000 with positive results.
