Hi!

I have a problem. I have 2 graphics cards in my laptop:

- AMD Radeon (TM ) R5 M330

- AMD Radeon (TM) R4 Graphics.

When the 2 graphics cards are running, the mouse pointer periodically slows down for 1-2 second.

If you turn off one of the graphics cards (no matter which one) - the mouse cursor works fine. Drivers updated, reinstalled from this site.

What's wrong?

Are you using a third party mouse driver software like Logitech etc. If so uninstall it and see if the problem persists with the mouse using the default windows driver.
