Can't tell if this is a laptop > Please read INFORMATION REQUIRED WHEN POSTING A QUESTION.

Assuming it is a desktop, and you have no external graphics, here is how to select the correct driver. never choose "Minimal setup" (if offered).

Download Drivers

Before anything else:

Clean Install AMD Graphics Drivers

** Windows 7 and Windows 8.1 must be fully updated before attempting to install any AMD driver. All 'critical', 'recommended', and 'optional' (no language packs, etc) updates as well as any Service Packs (SP) must be installed before any attempt to install graphics drivers. If you do not get this message .... keep installing until you do:

Sorry forgot to read INFORMATION REQUIRED WHEN POSTING A QUESTION. But yes its Desktop. I follow every step:

1: Windows is up to date Screenshot_1.png

2. Drivers fully uninstalled.

3. Downloaded drivers manually

4. Started windows in safe mode for DDU

5. Restarted PC in Normal mode

6. Installed Drivers

7. Restarted PC

8. Crash at windows logo...

Any other solutions? :/

Do you have any yellow marks in Device Manager?

You have no external graphics? Only the APU integrated graphics?

What is your power supply?

Did you set Windows Update to show:

Looks like you uninstalled the chipset drivers. Did you use the AMD driver removal tool?

Try these > Chipset
