I got a new PC: RX 580, Ryzen 5 1400 And I have a little issue with FPS. I've played 2 games so far, Rocket League and CSGO, and it only seems to happen in CSGO. Whenever I'm not moving the mouse or pressing any keys, the game locks itself at a cap of 60fps. But whenever I begin to move and look around, my fps begins to go up, but the minute I stop moving, it locks itself at 60 fps again. I run the game at max settings, on a 4:3 Resolution. I have V-Sync disabled in CSGO and in AMD settings. FPS max is set to unlimited. Power plan set to high performance in windows. I have AMD Free sync enabled (yes i have a supported monitor) but that doesnt seem to affect it. Any suggestions would be much appreciated, thanks.
