Random Color flickering with radeon RX 580

Hey everyone,

I have a Dell Inspiron 5675 with Ryzen 7 1700 and Radeon RX 580 (8 GB), bought about a month ago. I've noticed that when I do graphics intensive tasks like playing games (pretty much any game from Starcraft remastered to Diablo 3 to PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds), and even when watching youtube/streaming videos), I would start getting random color flickering as seen in the video below - it comes and goes, sporadically, but only when the graphics card is being used. It doesn't happen when I'm just using the computer for general tasks, like writing this post.

Flickering is seen at around the 2-3 second mark here:

So far I've tried removing drivers and reinstalling to latest drivers, using HDMI instead of Displayport, and even reinstalled windows. Using MSI afterburner, I found that the graphics card gets to around 78-80 degrees C while flickering when playing PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds. It's not a constant flickering, but appears randomly like the video above.

I'm sure its a graphics card issue. But I would appreciate any help on how I can start troubleshooting this issue. Thanks!

There is no need to continue troubleshooting this issue. It is Dell's fault for selling a defective system. You should RMA it and attach the video in the ticket.
