New computer, infinite boot loop.

I,m new to building a PC. So when piecing them together of course I have ran into a problem. The Pc when powered on is stuck in this booting loop , where it turns on for a feew seconds but doesn't load into the bios or anything then turns off. This cycle repeats until I power it off completely.
Here are my Specs
CPU:  Ryzen 3 2200G 3.5GHz Quad core
Motherboard: ASRock - A320M Micro ATX AM4
RAM: Patriot DDR4-2133 2 x 4GB

GPU: Zotac Gtx 1050 TI
PSU: EVGA - BT 450W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply

I am aware that the Ryzen 3's (Raven Bios) could be the culprit and am currently looking at a Boot Kit from AMD for a (Bristol Ridge) Bios however is there any chance that there could be something else instead of the CPU by itself? Thank you.

Why are you using an APU when you have a dedicated card? You're not going to be able to use both as the drivers will conflict, and your APU's performance will be lower than that 1050 Ti because of the very slow RAM you have. You should return the 2200G and buy a CPU, like the R3 1300.

I thank you for that suggestion. However do you think that the CPU might be the problem with the PC turning on then off then on?
