Gigabyte is not responding on motherboard replacement for AMD boot kit request

I tried to build AMD Ryzen 3 2200g system on Gigabyte GA-AB350M-D3H with the well known result - the system is dead on arrival.

So according to the AMD instructions I've sent replacement request to Gigabyte and it's almost a week and I still got nothing from the support.

Does AMD really have to be mean to its loyal customers, so they have to suffer waiting for motherboard manufacturer reply (or its absense) before AMD will send a boot kit?

What should be my next step in this situation?

Your problem is with Gigabyte and not AMD. Once you get the new Motherboard, you probably won't need the AMD Boot kit anymore.
