Is your computer power plan set to "Performance"?

Thanks for the answer, I'll test after you leave work. Currently my energy plan is balanced. I did not know about the ULPS (I'm optimistic). In two hours post here the result.

Windows 10 disables core parking when set to "Performance''

I made the two changes (ULPS and windows power plan). Overall the crossfire performance improved. But when it comes to black desert the flicker continues.

I can not use this driver above. Use crossfire of rx 580 driver that started in driver 17.3.4 (I currently use driver 18.3.3)

I do not think there's a solution.
