Amd 8790M crash after drivers install.

Hello,

I got Dell Latitude e6540 with i7-4800MQ ,8gb ram and amd 8790M. When I install newest Amd drivers or drivers from dell site laptop freeze instantly after restart with either black screen or stripes. Without installing drivers in device manager card got error 43. On integrated intel card laptop works fine.

Would appreciate any help.

Windows 7. Intel Hd was installed first. Laptop works fine until I install amd drivers. Tried disabling ULPS in regedit. It changed that after few seconds of os start it make black screen and restart.

Go to Windows update...set to " show optional updates"

** Windows 7 and Windows 8.1 must be fully updated before attempting to install any AMD driver. All 'critical', 'recommended', and 'optional' (no language packs,etc) updates as well as any Service Packs (SP) must be installed before any attempt to install graphics drivers. If you do not get this message .... keep installing until you do:
