Greetings.

In the last two months, every time my pc boots up I get this error message and the Radeon Settings application doesnt load. I ve tried literally every possible solution I could find on the net, even the solution given by the moderator in this post RadeonSettings - Error on startup (0xc0000142)  to no avail. I formatted my pc and the problem persists. I ve uninstalled and re-installed the drivers with DDU. The only way to make the application load is to do it manually by double clicking the exe.

Any help would be really appreciated.
