My configs:

MB: MSI Tomahawk B350

CPU: AMD RYZEN 5 1600X

MEM: 2x8Gb GSkill Ripjaws CL14

SSD: Samsung 850 EVO 250gb

4 days ago the CPU just start to freeze after 5 minutes or less when the PC starts.

I tryed:

Mem Test = OK

Update BIOS = OK

Reinstall windows = OK

Turn one with just 1 MEM (8GB)  = OK

And the problema didnt stop. What can I do ?

What is make & Model of GPU and PSU installed?

Is your CPU Overclocked?

When the computer freezes, any errors or BSOD with errors or does the computer restart by itself unexpectedly?

What are the temperatures of the CPU when it freezes?

GPU = Gigabyte GTX1050ti

PSU = Corsair CX 650w Plus Bronze

Is your CPU Overclocked?

Already tested with game boost on (3.8) and off (3.6)

Before update BIOS I got too many errors .. IRQL, CACHE ERROR, ETC ETC, after, none

The crash = screen freeze and nothing happens still visible last screen

What are the temperatures of the CPU when it freezes?

Last time the HWmonitor was openned and the temperature of CPU was about 40ºC and MB 35ºC

I Have warranty for all parts but in diferent supplier. I just need to know what is BAD to send it (if it is hardware fail)
