Whenever I open something like an app or chrome for instance on my PC, my mouse moves in slow motion and stutters around for a bit, and any audio playing in the background from a video or discord stutters like crazy, can someone help? My specs are: 2 AMD Radeon HD 6900 series, and AMD FX-6100 six core processor (for some reason in device manger it shows i have six of those processors).
