I have updated the drivers. I removed the program. Unable to reinstall ADM pages. The Simplitec program always inform that AMD Chipset Control is out of date.

Need to post more information on your computer Setup as required by AMD Forum: INFORMATION REQUIRED WHEN POSTING A QUESTION​.

It seems like you have a DESKTOP APU rather than a Laptop APU. I inputted your DESKTOP APU with R7 Graphics with Windows 10. This is the latest AMD APU Driver and CHIPSET (Under Optional Download Tab) from AMD Support: APU.​

This APU driver also seems to be compatible with some Laptop APU's. Look at the "Supported Products" and make sure your APU is listed. If it is you can download the Chipset that comes with the APU driver as mentioned above.

Simplitec? Is telling you this? And what is chipset control?

Are you trying to install the CHIPSET DRIVERS?

What problems are you experiencing that makes you believe you have a "Chipset Control" problem and need to reinstall it?

Is this a laptop?
