AMD hasn't announced anything after the R5 2400G. The next APUs, code name Gray Hawk, are supposed to feature 7nm Zen 2 processor cores and have Navi based graphics, and launch in 2019, but there's no "official" timetable, and official details on Navi are nonexistant.

serie ryzen 2 at 12 nm will come first  , then we will get the 7nm . I was reading about this today and they ( amd) predict a 10% speed improvement at every step. This is the normal way to do it for Cpu foundries.  So no need to wait for the 2 series, the price already went down right now, so you can just buy a faster cpu than a few weeks ago for the same price.

No, Zen Plus is 12nm and launching next month, Zen 2 is 7nm and launching at the end of the year or early next year.
