Does A88X-Pro support NVMe SSD as Boot Device?

BIOS version 2603.

Adapter M.2 to PCI-e.

SSD e.g. Samsung 960 Evo / Pro.

With some work it can, but not necessarily will, though really you should wait until you move to a platform with native NVMe support before moving to an NVMe drive.

I'll be interested in this for my A88X-PRO system when my Intel Optane 900P arrives next week. Not expecting much other than working as PCIe SSD in this old system. Just wanted 8PBW reliability foremost and future proofing for inevitable next build.
