I've been having these issues to varying degrees off and on for quite a while. My screen will occasional get black squares flickering (whether in a game or not). They will sometimes remain solid for several seconds before fading and flickering again. additionally in some games ive noticed some other strange occurences, such as shapes distorting and several lines appearing and converging on a point. Restarting the program usually fixes it temporarily, but if im in a game that i cant just restart whenever it occurs this can create problems.
