Hi, these are my specs:

Radeon Software Version - 17.7.1

Radeon Software Edition - Crimson ReLive

Windows Version - Windows 8.1 (64 bit)

System Memory - 16 GB

CPU Type - AMD FX(tm)-8350 Eight-Core Processor

Please see the attached error. I've already tried regular uninstalling and re-installing, rollback, uninstalling with DDU and reinstalling in Safe Mode, etc. This error happens about once every 30 minutes/ to an hour and when it fails, the screens go black and then nothing I can do has any effect and I have to restart. It happens on watching videos, just using Discord, programming in Unity, almost anything.

Increase your power limit slider all the way to the right as high as it will go and try again. The adrenaline drivers do help that issue.
