drop fps rx460

After driver updates i have maybe 30-45fps in game. Before i have 60fps in high

I use rx460 for a year. Recently began to have problems with the video card. On version 18.2 I observe 30-45 fps in Rainbow six siege. But 17.9.1 version I have 60 fps(This enjoyment lasts until you restart the computer). Is there a problem?
