Videos and mouse lag when update to 18.2.1 AMD Adrenalin using Windows 10 64bits.

How to fix? Or how to downgrade to previous version?

I have same issue with input lag on newest Radeon drivers, rolling back to 15.11 fixes problem with mouse/keyboard lag

Have the both of you uninstalled using DDU in safe mode and then tried the newest driver 18.3.1?

Of course. But it doesn't help. I'm sure that input lag because of other GPU algorithms. It probably that some new driver technologies cause an increased input delay.
