amd radeon r7m340 is not used as the dedicated gpu

i have radeon dual graphics     the integrated being amd radeonr7m340 and the dedicated being radeon r7m340     But when i am openning the display adapter properties it is showing that the dedicated graphics is 512 mb whereas earlier it used tro show 2048 mb     what to do plz help     also the radeon settings is missing

i hv amd a10 7th gen processor     8gb ddr4 ram     windows 10 64 bit     mad radeon r7 m340 as dedicated graphics 2gb and amd radeon r5 512mb      laptop[ model is acer aspire e15 e553g
