Yes I downloaded the Minimal Download and the Video Driver Do NOT Download Cause of Network Error and Probably Cause of My Very Slow DSL Internet that is supposedly 3MBPS but speed tests show that it is really 2.8mbps and the Download speed is a whole 336k. I want to Latest Download for the Video Driver for My Radeon RX 460 But with My Slow Connection I might Not Get it. It Would Be Nice if AMD had an Update that Was Smaller for People Who Have Very Slow Internet??
