How do I re-enable Turbo Core?

Basically, I have been using AMD Overdrive to do simple things in place of the BIOS, since I have an HP laptop. But for some reason AMD Overdrive pooped on me. It disabled Turbo Core (I think it did that on its own,) but when I restart or uninstall and re-install the program, Turbo Core stays disabled. I could care less about Turbo Core's problems though, I just want to enable Turbo Core again. How can I enable it????

Well I figured it out! Turbo Core automatically enables when when my laptop is plugged in and turns off when my laptop is not plugged in. I am ok with this because I only really do gaming while my laptop is charging, since I am at a table with a mouse anyways, but I was trying to figure out how to enable this before I did any gaming. But its all good now.
