The shop in which I bought a ryzen processor no longer exists. Can I file a complaint directly to AMD? How?

The problem is very strange. The processor does not recognize the dual channel RAM. Probably the cause is damage of the northern bridge on the CPU. I was looking for reason of this problem wherever it was possible. I have already tested 3 motherboards and 2 different RAMs with the same effect so this is my last shoot.

I would like to replace this processor with another one, but the shop where I bought it does not exist anymore. What about the warranty in this case? I bought it just 3 months ago!

We have no control over whether a business closes or remains active.

You can check your warranty status and apply for an RMA, if applicable, at www.amd.com/warranty

RMA the processor and make sure the motherboard bios is updated first.
