Current driver 17.7 is too buggy for Ryzen 2500U Vega 8 Mobile graphics driver.
May i know when AMD going official release newer driver for Vega 8 Mobile driver?

Since I don't know what Make & Model laptop you have, the only laptop I found from AMD website that uses the CPU and Vega 8 that you mentioned is a HP Envy x360. Here is the link to download the latest BIOS and Graphics drivers for that particular model: HP Software and Driver Downloads for HP Printers, Laptops, Desktops and More | HP® Customer Support
If this isn't your model than once you post your computer spec as mentioned above than maybe someone may be able to assist you.
