Showing Update notification 18.1.1

Whenever i click on it, it ask me express upgrade or custom upgrade,

i tried both, after selecting it ask proceed yes or no

selecting yes,

it shows circle loading and nothing happens.

No upgrades.

Kindly help to solve this issue.
