If I'm reading that right, your GPU is overheating, and if that's the case then it's time for some better case cooling and cleaning of the gpu fans and heatsink.

When i start game my GPU using only 450/300 MHz, but when i hit record it using 1020 Mhz and it works fine, sometimes it drops again to 450/300 mhz.

here the graph when i hit record: Gyazo - b50fa9ec7d49ad4b7d286affa4fe07b2.png

here the graph when i play normal (with no recording): Gyazo - cf546e73d1ce21a893b97a7bc0457a81.png  some times it stay on 450/300 mhz and it doesn't jump to 1020 MHz.

Temp 102c ?? GPU should have throttled @99c. Fans 100% ??

I suspect that the poster has installed third party graphics controllers and or tried to adjust fan/temp/clock settings in Wattman....but who knows...all we know is he has a 270 graphics card.

what is your framerate and gpu-clock while playing?

did your reinstalled driver after DDU in safe-mode?
what are the temps?
how is your air-flow in your case
does your CPU throttle too?

do you have air-spray at home or can buy one cheap? - if yes simply spray out the dust on CPU and GPU cooler + PSU - wait 15min - power on and test again
