Hey i was suppose to have a hd radeon card but they gave me an intel and microsoft said that you can send me another for free because it was microsoft fault

That makes zero sense. The only graphics cards Intel makes are integrated into their processors, and AMD APUs won't fit in their motherboards.

Pretty sure Intel only ever made 1 add in graphics card in their existence and that was like 20 years ago. But hey can you guys send me a card too? :-)

They make AIBs, but they are compute accelerators (Xeon Phi) not graphics cards.
