Why does my laptop says that it's r5 driver hasn't updated since 2015 and when I try to do so, it fails to update?

Well, pretty much the title says what's up I recently had to reset my laptop (which is a HP Pavilion 14 2015) due to some issues with uninstalling stuff. Since before the reset, I haven't been able to update my R5 graphic driver. Recently, a friend of mine told me about this program which is viewed in the following image and even so, I can't update my graphics driver. What's going on? PLEASE HELP!!pastedImage_0.png

Don't use driver update programs. What does it say if you use the AMD Auto Detect Driver Update from the website? http://support.amd.com/en-us/download

Whenever I try to download an update even from the amd driver app, I get this... pastedImage_0.png It says the components have already been installed... Doing it with this way only, I cannot know if I get my graphic driver updated...
