Gotten an AMD error 0x000000018000A509   AMD:CCC-AEMCapturing\Windows:RadeonSettings.exe

  Have anyone ran into this? Is it the software, drivers? Graphic card, processor?

Another problems,   Getting this unauthorized changes block. It trying get into AMD  file. Is it from AMD? or I\m being getting attacks?  Not getting Apps or any inform of whom or what of needing to be fix or needed to report.

Did that help of information better? Bad enough there alot of problems in this Windows build or my pc is being attack or got a bad build and it missing or made it unworkable. Been complaining to Microsoft and AMD about these issues from startup,Setting,Print lay out, Booting problems, startup and then had to power down and power back to get Windows back up.. Please bare with me, I'm a messes as fighting with these weird behavior..
