hello, my name is paul, i m new here, do you have any idea why windows 7 64 bit does not recognize the 8 gb of video i have?, my graphic card is rx 580 8 gb sapphire nitro and dx diag only tells me that i have 4 gb... canyou help me?

Dxdiag is not reliable, use GPUz or Radeon Settings to display your information.
