1700x isue

after overclocking my cpu 1700x runs a litlebit higher
cpu multiplier jumping up and down max i've seen 4100mhz and 1.5v
i try  everithing but nothing helps any ideas  thank you
i set bios on deffolt setings  reinstal windows reinstal all drivers but nothing

no after overclocking when my setup  runs on deffolt setings  cpu multiplier an voltage jump up and down. higher i ve seen is 4.2 ghz and 1.5v i reset bios but it not helps

Update bios to the latest version and retest.

Assuming the system is stable and working okay you can probably ignore it. XFR will cause brief voltage fluctuations to 1.5v, but this is nothing to worry about. CPU frequency at 4.2 seems odd at stock settings and could be a false reading.

thanks ! after update to latest bios my cpu is dead 

i reset bios flash it in f3 version bios and put o my motherboard new processor and it  works well but my 1700x is died because new version bios gives an to higher vcore voltage
