I have an AMD Turion (tm) 64 X2 Mobile Technology TL-58 Dual Core Processor running Windows 7 Ultimate and Windows 10 Preview Builds on separate HDDs.
In Device Manager Details, the AMD Hardware ID is ACPI\AuthenticAMD_-_AMD64_Family_15_Model_104.
In Device Manager Details, the Processor Install Date is 1/27/2010, possibly because I replaced the Motherboard and AMD CPU with a newer MB and Processor.
It is my understanding from AMD that all patches will be provided by Microsoft Windows Update. How far back in time will older Processors be patched by Microsoft? Will mine be patched? How can I confirm if it will or will not be patched? I'm sure many others have the exact same question as my Subject above. Thanks!
