I have checked the forum and it looks like this is common issue on this Lenovo Ideapad 510 with the R7 M460, once you updated the driver the device manager shows R7 M360, but that is not the real issue, basically the additional settings option would gone from AMD setting and I am desperately looking a way to set my R7 as the default card, because right now is using the Intel Graphic 620 for every single application. Graphics cards in Laptop computers are customized by the manufacturer to meet their design specifications.
AMD provided reference drivers for laptop products which may use a generic device ID. This has no impact on performance.
