Freesync not working after installing Windows 10

I got myself a new Ryzen 5 1600 to go with my Rx 480 and so I did a clean install of Windows 10. Now I can't get Freesync working. It was fine on Windows 7, so it must be a driver issue?

Monitor: ViewSonic VX2457 75Hz (Freesync range: 48-75)

I have a second non freesync monitor, in extended mode.

GPU: RX 480 Nitro+ 8GB

CPU: Ryzen 5 1600

Windows 10 64bit

Radeon Software Version: 17.4.2 (Crimson ReLive)

Freesync is enabled on my monitors display, as is Displayport 1.2

Yes, I'm using a Displayport cable

Freesync is enabled in Radeon Settings.

When I start Outlast 2 in full screen, Vsync disable, FPS 76-77, I get horrendous screen tearing.
