I installed 17.4.3 today and after I restarted my computer, the font of every app was changed. I also noticed that the font was changed. What can I do to fix this?

Describe your issue:
Edit: More images below.. also occurred to me that I just tonight installed the Win10 Creator's Update, though the text issue was not a thing until immediately after updating to 17.4.3. It was instantly in your face noticeable.
Changed to 4096x2160 and it actually got way worse.
Also including attempted macro shot, zooming in illustrates issue better.. reducing the effect of camera shooting at TV.
2560x1440 seems to suffer from this a bit less.. able to get sharpness up to 10 without too much halo, but at 3840x2160 I have to turn sharpness to 0, which is just awful on the images.
There have been many issues arise after the Creators update. A visit to the Win10 Creators forum my be of help. You can also post a question there > Windows 10 Forums
Have you adjusted Clear Type? Do you have morphological filtering enabled?
I did adjust Clear Type, something I found while digging through the Win10 Forums, initially thinking this might be a Creator's Update issue. Morphological filtering I have no idea, doesn't ring a bell, but I didn't change it before/after the driver update. I won't say this shouldn't matter, as anything seems to be fair game. Made apparent in the couple of minutes this driver update ran and made me want to stop using my computer altogether until this is fixed.
Didn't find much of help there, and like I said, things were fine (where text/sharpness was concerned) with the update.. until I updated the video driver. As it happened the only other reference I found to this issue was specifically here, with someone else who had just updated to 17.4.3.
Then revert to the previous driver. In Device Manager / Display/amd / select roll back to previous driver.
This lists the display adapter version of 2071 or somesuch, and the roll back button is greyed out. Was one of the things I looked at last night.
With the release of Windows 10 Creators Update and Crimson 17.4.3, HDR Desktop mode has been enabled in the OS and our driver. (HDR Shows as enabled in your screenshot)
Samsung may have added sharpening to their HDR picture profile, unfortunately this can have an adverse effect on reading text on the desktop.
Have you tried disabling or adjusting the sharpness or other video processing effects on your TV (TV Menu > Picture > Sharpness) for the HDR picture profile?
Thanks for popping in @amdmatt, I've had to turn sharpening all the way to 0 in the TV Picture settings to bring text to a readable level. This has unfortunately left the rest of the picture pretty muddy. I've gone through a few image calibration processes for both contrast/brightness, and color. Where there used to be a reasonable middle ground between a clear image and crisp text, it's just one or the other now.
It sounds like this is just a perfect storm for poor image quality, for all that HDR would evoke quite the opposite.
I'm open to other suggestions, I'd really like to have my cake and eat it too.
Edit: Tested with HDR off and it's looking as expected, this definitely seem to be where the issue arose. Would still love to resolve this in a way that keeps HDR enabled, has clear text and clear images.
This is interesting > Win 10 high DPI issues (blurry text, font sizes, etc...)
Ultimately unrelated, but thank you so much for linking this! That's another thing that's bothered me, but was nothing I was familiar with like the sharpness issue.
