I see this problem has been around for ages, and I also see that it was solved some time ago with the 16.9 drivers. Now I recently upgraded from a R9 380 to an RX 480 and my mouse gets this random corruption that makes my main monitor unusable, and there doesn't seem to be a simple fix. I've used ATI/AMD for years but this, this is a joke and makes me consider sending this card back under warranty and get a GTX 1060. I don't want to have to reboot my PC every couple hours just so I have a functioning mouse cursor.

Get your sh*t together and fix this, AMD!
