    xfx rx460 2gb low fps

Hi.. i need someone to help me about my problem,

      here is my PC Specification:

      PSU : Corsair VS 450Watt 80Plus

      Mother Board : A88X G-41 PC Mate V2

      RAM : Corsair Value Select 2 x 8GB 1600Mhz

      GPU : XFX RX460 2GB Single Fan

CPU : AMD A10-7870K (Overclocked with OC Genie 3.9hz to 4.3hz)

      Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit

      the question is :

      1. is it my computer bottleneck?

      2. at dota 2, starting (hero spawn) i got random fps 20-90 in 5sec, before creep spawn i got 75-82fps, after creep spawn i got 56 - 65 fps, massive war 48 - 55fps. is it normal?

      3. actually i can get how much fps from computer specification.

      4. any setting recommend for me? FYI, i tried disable turbo mode, disable quite n cool mode, make perfomance high mode, full screen resolution in dota game, the result is same.

Thank you so much, waiting for anybody can help me to find out the solution.

I dont think its a bottle neck.  please remove the Overclock on your Hardware, that could be causing all the wonky FPS issues.

          Tutorial for proper driver installation.

1-Load windows with only your primary graphics card plugged in.

2-Disable any and ALL anti-virus/malware protection.

3-Download and Run the latest drivers from AMD.com (Omega drivers do not have Uninstall built in, you have to do it through add/remove, which is okay)

3.5. AMD now has a nice Uninstall tool which should work as a better alternative-  http://support.amd.com/en-us/kb-articles/Pages/AMD-Clean-Uninstall-Utility.aspx

4-Choose to Uninstall/express (may not be available in newest version, download an older version) the existing drivers, and AMD folder

          5-Restart the computer.

6-Disable any and ALL anti-virus/malware protection.

7-Run the latest drivers from AMD.com

          8-Choose to Install/Express the drivers

9-Restart.  Confirm settings are working in windows.

10-Shutdown and add 2nd/3rd cards for Xfire.

11-Respond to this ticket if you have any further questions

** If you have nvidia drivers on your computer, you might need to run the Uninstall feature of Nvidias driver as well.

              Hello XFX,

for point no.3 im using Crimson 16.11.5 didn't using omega.

point no.10 what is add 2nd/3rd cards for Xfire? you mean crossfire on AMD? i didn't use crossfire.

Before i overclock with OC Genie this problem already come out

also i monitoring using MSI Afterburn, i see GPU usage low than CPU usage in game. is it normal?

how much FPS i should get with my specification? is it already normal or should be higher than i got. (more than 60fps)

Thank you for your feedback, wait for your next answer.. thank you so much..
