Because it's a bug in the driver. It was fixed in a later driver version...which your card can't use. Just ignore it.

This question, as well as most questions asked in this forum have already been answered a few thousand times. People should take the time to look in the knowledge base > Knowledge Base
Where you would find > AMD Radeon™ Software Support for Legacy Graphics Products
I would think if it was a known issue, and considering they took the time to write a KB article about it, then there would be an addendum in the release notes. Something like "This driver may be discovered as an update for your hardware by the gaming evolved app if you are using a legacy GPU. Do not update, your GPU already has the best driver, this driver is not compatible with your hardware". Or perhaps your would be so kind as to tell me the exact phrase I should enter in the search function to find the information i was looking for, as "Driver 16.30.160718a compatibility" only returns my own result.
