[GLES SDK] White bars bottom and to the right

Hello, when migrating my app from desktop GL to GLES2 I used the GLES SDK from here: http://developer.amd.com/tools-and-sdks/graphics-development/amd-opengl-es-sdk/​ and encountered what appears to be a driver/hardware bug.

When running the sample provided, there are two white bars to the bottom and to the right of the screen as seen here :

OS: Windows 7 64bit

Graphics Hardware:

AMD Radeon HD 6450

Graphics Driver:

Driver Packaging Version:      15.201.1151.1010-151118a-296614E

Catalyst Version:                     15.11.1

OpenGL Version:                     8.01.01.1500

Note:

Disabling desktop composition under compatibility settings solves the issue.
