I have quite a number of BRAND NEW Gigabyte 78LMT-USB3 motherboard with onboard Video. The onboard Video is the ATI Radeon 3000.
The Windows 10 default drivers work fine except for GPU Scaling. Catalyst Control Center, even the new Crimson editions do NOT work with Windows 10 64-bit and the ATI Radeon 3000.
How do I get GPU Scaling to work without CCC in Windows 10? Will a Windows 10 backwards compatible drive with options to adjust GPU scaling be offered soon?
We are a non-profit organization. I cannot afford to go out and purchase new graphics cards for every computer in our organization.
We would also like to use the entire screen on our monitors.
