Every time I change tools in Photoshop CS6, the application crashes (error within the past 1-2 months). I installed the latest Catalyst Control Center (and I think updated the driver) and uninstalled and re-installed Photoshop to no effect. This is the type of error I'm getting:

Any ideas of how to proceed? Thank you!
FYI, the problems appears to be related to my usage of dual monitors. Not sure what exactly about my setup is causing the crash, but if I disable the second monitor, problem is solved.
