AMD OverDrive

Hello.

AMD OverDrive. Very useful and necessary program. But it is not working. After I set the voltage to the CPU it works. After reboot the settings for the CPU voltage are applied automatically. But when I run the program AMD OverDrive via the icon always get bsod. Reinstalling the program doesn't help. After running through the AMD OverDrive AMD OverDrive icon get bsod. I am use Windows XP SP3 RU + Updates, but I've seen a bsod during startup of this program and Windows 10 the error number is not recorded on Windows 10 since I don't use windows 10. A memory dump can't give from Windows XP because I use disk compression, and with compression of the disk, memory dump is not created.

If I don't use a low voltage when the voltage of the cores 1.337 frequency 3.391 Hz I get 72-74C degrees at a temperature in the apartment with 23C under load the cpu 100%. I use cool'n'quiet driver. My motherboard does not allow to reduce the voltage to the CPU. I use low voltage for about 7 months. AMD A4-4020 APU with Radeon(tm) HD Graphics (Richland)

Chasis is the fan for the PSU 120x120. And one fan on the front of the case
