Gta v stuttering

hello guys with windows 10 build 10240 on gta v i have stuttering maybe u can fix this ? look this its not my video but have the same problem Windows 10 AMD Driver 15.5 VS 15.7 - YouTube

It is believed that new drivers will be available (on,or shortly after) the official final release of win 10.
Over the past few days there have been many win 10 updates,and likely many more to come before official final release date.

i have same problem hard fps in GTA 5 R7 250X 2GB with new driver ADM CATALSYS 15.7 windows 10 10240 pro bulding

  the windows 10 with this driver have problem ... before 1 day i downgrade to windows 8.1 with amd catalyst 15.7 and work fine no stuttering and lags
