The estimated retail pricing of Windows 10 Home and Windows 10 Pro  -- which falls outside the bounds of the Windows 10 first-year-free promotion -- matches what Microsoft charged for Windows 8.1 Home and
Pro.

In a statement issued to Neowin, Microsoft officials said Windows 10 Home will be priced at $119 and Windows 10 Pro will cost $199.  Microsoft also plans to charge $99 for the upgrade version of Windows

10 that will allow users to move from Home to Pro, according to the statement Microsoft provided Neowin. These prices will be for U.S. users  in stores and online.
