AMD Drivers may be causing display errors

After trying out a game, my screen was filled with little red a blue pixels dancing about like it was Mardi-Gras. After seeking help in some other places, I decided to do an AMD clean uninstall, and just like that, no more pixels dancing around. Of course I can't go around with no drivers installed, but once I do, boom! More pixels on my screen. I was hoping you guys would have a more intimate knowledge of AMD Drivers and hopefully provide some more help for me.
