I installed Windovs 8.1. Installed the drivers for my laptop on the official site HP. In amd catalyst control center there are no settings for games, desktop, and other. On Windows 7, everything was fine, but buggy textures in games. By this I reinstalled Windovs. I installed latest beta catalyst control center. Help please.
