Hi, I'm working for a private company that develops and sells a remote sensing software product. We are currently using OpenCL to speedup our algorithms. Since we usually sell our product as a self-contained application, I would like to know whether it is (legally) possible to include the AMD OpenCL CPU runtime redistributable within our application installer.
Redistribution rights are currently not provided with our license. However, please note that the AMD OpenCL runtime is installed automatically on all AMD platforms as part of the driver install.
