I have latest driver:

root@:~# fglrxinfo

OpenGL vendor string: ATI Technologies Inc.

OpenGL renderer string: AMD Radeon R9 200 Series

OpenGL version string: 4.3.12614 Compatibility Profile Context 13.25.18

Throws error

root@:~# aticonfig --odgt --adapter=all

Adapter 0 - AMD Radeon R9 200 Series

            Sensor 0: Temperature - 82.00 C

ERROR - Get temperature failed for Adapter 1 - AMD Radeon R9 200 Series

The problem has been solved.

I have disabled Intel Graphics in BIOS.
